IH 204A: Research Methods in Interdisciplinary Humanities: Text and Archives Units: 4
Introduces students to major approaches to and tools for the study of texts and archives, including approaches to reading and interpretation, and the social and historical process that has created the archives we have. Identifies ethical issues in the use of archives. Enables students to identify appropriate methods for their research, and to evaluate the research of others.
