ES 239: Nano-Fabrication for Interdisciplinary Materials Sciences

Units: 3

Top-down and bottom-up techniques to fabricate nanoscale structures and devices, including but not limited to optical and electron lithography, nano imprinting, physical and chemical vapor deposition, and self-assembly. Characterization of fabricated structures and devices via electron and scanning probe microscopy methods.
