Covers the quantitative and qualitative study of the main manufacturing processes. Illustrates how a design is turned into a product. Offers a detailed understanding of manufacturing processes used in industry such as casting, molding, forming, cutting, and welding and will relate the design requirements of a part to the possible manufacturing processes.
