BIOE 215: Biological Imaging and Spectroscopy Units: 4
Introduces fundamental principles of imaging and spectroscopy of biological systems, including biomolecules, cells, tissue and organisms. Discusses a variety of imaging and spectroscopy methods including optical microscopy, electron microscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance; optical and fluorescence spectroscopy of biomolecules, single molecule detection.
