PSY 210: Item Response Theory Units: 4
Provides detailed introductions to foundational topics and a survey of advanced and special topics in IRT. Topics covered in this course include Rasch, binary, and polytomous IRT models; parameter estimation; item fit, person fit, and model fit; multidimensional IRT models; diagnostic classification models; operational testing; simulations in IRT; scaling, equating, and linking; measurement invariance; differential item functioning, testlet response theory; computer adaptive testing; and automatic item generation.
