ENG 165: Tragic Drama: From Ancient Greece to the Present Day

Units: 4

Read plays written thousands of years ago as well as very recently, all while exploring the questions of what makes a play a tragedy, and what function tragedy serves for the many times and places that produce this genre of drama.
