Main aspects to be covered include: bilingualism, transnationalism, cultural hybridism, borderlands aesthetics, literary historiography in the era of globalization, and border-crossing identities, among others.

Prerequisite: SPAN 050 or SPAN 051 or SPAN 060 or CCST 060 or ENG 032.
