MIST 070: Innovation Management

Provides exposure to key concepts, practices and theories of innovation management. Students will learn how to lead innovative collaboration, support innovative organizational cultures, and effectively apply tools and processes of innovation management. The course also offers understanding of key leadership and decision-making concepts and practices. Emphasizes leading diversity and sustainability in complex environments.
